Strat Lab Collective LLC is the result of 25 years of deep engagement within the dietary supplement industry, growing startups and learning practically what it means to innovate, as well as hone compliance and efficiently build analytical testing rubrics for substantiation along the way. At its core is the passion for building and holding relationships between CROs, contract labs and organizations, as well as government institutions and academic entities. Being connected with as many options as possible to customize and tailor the project at hand is what makes Strat Lab Collective unique. A scientific network grown from connections.
Regan founded Strat Lab Collective LLC as a dynamic entity, one designed to grow over time to include talented and knowledgeable colleagues who can extend the positive impact this work can have on clients. Right now, that means working directly with her and the network she has built, but the collective is designed with room to expand as the right partnerships emerge.
Regan loves a good puzzle: one where the challenge at hand is fully discussed from multiple angles, information is gathered, risk is minimized through comprehensive evaluation, and then testing and experimental design are employed to resolve the challenge. Navigating with efficiency and transparency illuminate the way forward.

Qualifications
Regan holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University of Maryland, College Park (2009) and a B.S. in Natural Sciences from The Evergreen State College (2001). She spent 25 years with a premier functional mushroom company, joining during its early growth stage and played a key role in its transformation into a nationally recognized brand.
Her work has included building laboratory operations that met strict federal regulatory standards, building and directing an R&D department and laboratory operations, and optimizing and scaling manufacturing of liquid extracts. She designed testing profiles for GMP compliance, conducted chemical research on fungal materials, and trained teams on lab safety and hazardous waste management. She has managed research collaborations with external academic and government partners, published scientific articles, and presented to investors and industry audiences- working at the intersection of R&D, Sales & Marketing, Quality, Education, and Production.
